[Bteam] Monday Beam Studies

The SL21 shaker tests deferred from Thursday will take place on Monday.  
These test require about 8 hours of time and the SL to be in restricted 
access.   This means that there is 8 hours of time available for 
injector studies on Monday.

It also means that the Arc2 optics and Stripline BPM studies will not 
take place on Monday.     Are there other tests out there that people 
want to execute before beam terminates Friday morning?    And how strong 
is the desire/need to perform these tests?

Those tests that are deemed urgent need to be identified, prioritized 
and the proponents ready to execute the tests at anytime between now and 
next Friday.  If the ESR crashes or other opportunities arise, we will 
try to execute these tests to coincide with the halls being down, 
regardless of the time of day.

If you have a beam study you wish to perform before Friday please send 
an email to bteam at jlab.org by noon today. The email should point to the 
ATlis task and have a short note as to why this test needs to be 
performed before the shutdown.   Jay and I (and anyone else) who wants 
participate will prioritize the list at 2pm today in MCC.
