[Bteam] No meeting today, meet Thu 11 Oct

BTeamers,

Beam is nearly here, but I'm unfortunately out sick today so there will be no
BTeam meeting today. There will be a BTeam meeting on Thursday 11 Oct at 13:00
to avoid a conflict with a seminar at 11:00 that morning. Let's get reports
from major systems (injector, APELs, hot checkout/RECO) and have a look at the
upcoming schedule and outstanding action items.
