Dear Qweak Collaborator:

Attached is the proposed agenda for the upcoming collaboration meeting
on (Sunday) Oct. 16th through (Monday) Oct. 17th at JLab. David and I
wish to apologize for its late generation. Please send us any proposed
modifications/changes/constraints.

Currently, the situation looks "hopeful" that we might get some initial
beam around Nov. 11th, but Run II still officially begins on the 18th.
