[Bteam] another iteration on the startup calendar

Perhaps a more pleasant color scheme and a few bug fixes (still some 
more bugs out there...).   The Mott Upgrade and Peppo tasks are 
populated on this schedule at a low priority.    Since there is nothing 
on the schedule (yet) after collaborative checks, the remaining Peppo 
tasks got placed on shifts after collaborative tests.  Clearly if the 
halls are ready and if this schedule holds true, those shifts labeled as 
Peppo after Collaborative Checks will probably be rescheduled.

I have not created a "CASA" resource and assigned it to some of these 
tasks, clearly that must happen.
