[Bteam] beam restoration calendar now on the web

You can view the latest beam restoration calendar at:

Changes this time include:

    * I've broken the files up into one month per file.
    * Made tasks requiring beam*bold*
    * Added a horizontal rule between shifts (for those that didn't
      realize the tasks are grouped in shifts and ordered, owl, day and
      then swing)
    * You should select "print background colors" when printing.
    * The gannt chart (PDF) is also found at this URL.

If you wish to take ownership of specific parts of the scheduling, look in:

    http://opsweb.acc.jlab.org/beam_restoration_calendar/CEBAF_6GeV/Tasks/

These are the files that define the tasks.   Copy the file to you 
machine, edit it and mail it back to me.   If you wish to work with the 
whole package via TaskJuggler, come see me and I'll show you how to get 
started.  It is real easy, and I would prefer this path.
