[Bteam] restoration calendar

Several changes to the restoration calendar have been put in place over 
the last few days.   Most of the changes are minor, but things did shift 
around a bit.   The biggest change is the inclusion of the Physics 
program at the nominal start date.  Collaborative Checks are schedule 
for the two days preceding Physics.   About five days of float( for 
Mott/Peppo) lie between the final ORFP and Collaborative checks.
