[Bteam] Beam Studies Plan for Wednesday Feb 15th

Here's the list of beam studies for next week.   Busy, lots of potential 
for slip.  Several gun HV cycles will result in some of the tasks being 
canceled due to lack of time. Due to the large amount of work in the 
Injector  1.5hours of restoration is listed to verify that the beam out 
of the injector is perfect.

The long pulse test is schedule if there is time, it should happen after 
Injector checks/raytrace to C.

The goal is to come out of this beam studies with both C100 at the 
highest gradients that the SRF/LLRF group feel comfortable running the C100.
