[Bteam] request for a reasonable estimate of remaining beam studies

Beam Studies aficionados:

With ~12more weeks left in the run, or 144 hours of beam studies. It
is worth while to see if you are going to reach your goals and if so
how much time you will need. This will help in setting priority but
also will provide some estimate for Physics side if there is to be any
beam studies time left on the table.

While I am sure everyone has their own goals, in my mind the goals are
roughly:

  * C100: both operating at as high a gradient as possible, hopefully
    above 98MeV
  * PEPPo: beamline fully commissioned, DAQ commissioned ready for
    experiment
  * Modelling: At least one (hopefully two?) iteration on measuring
the body gradient in one arc and putting that into the model,
re-match, download and see if the matching quads are closer to design
  * Mott: Get as close to a establishing a 1% measurement as possible

Since the C100 is close to being a parasitic only campaign at this
point, I suspect the bulk of the remaining beam studies will be
modelling and PEPPo.

If I could have your estimates by end of day Monday that would be very
helpful. I have yet to work out the plan for this Wednesday, I hope to
have that completed by Monday as well.

Thanks and enjoy the Weekend!
Arne
