[Bteam] Bteam meetings resume 11:00 Tue 10 Jan

Happy New Year's, Bteamers!

Consistent with Arne's email yesterday, there will be NO Bteam meeting today,
3 Jan. We will resume weekly Bteam meetings at 11 AM Tuesdays in MCC next
Tuesday, 10 Jan.

Per Arne's other Bteam email, please clean up any outstanding ATLis beam
study test plans that are unlikely to be executed between now and the end of
run on May 18. If you would like to keep a test plan in place for consideration,
please add a comment explaining why. Arne will be closing out test plans
at COB today.

There has been a lot of good work on the C100 through the end of last year by
Mike Spata, Curt, Tomasz, et al. Mike will present an overview of the current
state of C100 microphonics studies and plans at the 10 Jan meeting and we'll
review the schedule for Weds beam studies.

Weekly studies will start Weds 11 Jan, 08:00-20:00 from beam off at halls to
beam restored to the halls -- all end effects should fit within this 12h
period. Optics on call will be involved in the restoration part of the weekly
beam studies; this will also serve as a training session for some of our less
experienced optics on call personnel. Studies will be scheduled at a weekly
Friday 09:00 meeting in MCC. Only studies that have supporting ATLis listings
will be considered for scheduling.
