[Bteam] Beam Studies for Wed Jan 11

The plan for this upcoming Wednesday is(assuming a 8am start time):

 1. FOpt to Hall-B and Hall-C, all saves  and other associated start of
    beam studies tasks
     1. 30minutes
     2. *Need beam to Hall B &C*
 2. New current lock checkout (Hofler)
     1. 30minutes of actual beam time

Note that the rough plan is schedule about 8hours of beam studies to 
allow sufficient time for recovery and the resumption of physics 
promptly at 8pm.   In that sense beam studies proper should be 
terminated around 5pm to allow for 3hours of beam restorations.  Hall 
should be ready for beam (locked up, in beam permit) 5pm'ish, 6pm at the 
latest.

For Wednesday Jan 11th, the beam studies (PEPPo, Mott) are in the 
injector.  Maintenance or other efforts in parallel with these beam 
studies (mostly confined to SL) needs to closely coordinated/approved 
with optics-on-call as they will need to pick up the pieces of any 
hardware changes.
