[BTeam] [New Logentry] Beam to the end of AR / the plan for BL

An extraordinarily rough steering has yielded first beam into AR/BL, the launch into BL looks good but we can't see yet beam there. ATLis 14075 was executed in order to check the response of BPM electronics in BL is correct using a lower pass beam with a modified time structure. This test plan was successful and we should indeed be able to see beam when it reaches the B linac. Significant path length corrections are still needed in AL, however.

Proceeding with control room white board plan (attached), Dog 4 will be rotated, Arc 7 will be adjusted to fix BEM dp/p corr., and then steering improved up to 9R & ORFP revisited as a check. From here, the AL path length may be corrected with a combination of Dog 9 / Arc 9 GOFs and we may attempt to continue onto BL and modify the existing plan if needed.
