[BTeam] Optics cover schedule: Thu Apr 16-Mon Apr 20

Hi folks,

I just drew up a tentative optics cover schedule for the next few days based
on input I got at BTeam and input from Spata this morning:

Injector folks are currently working on the injector, and Dennis is working
through a problem with eDT energy/magnet settings for 6 GeV configuration.

Tief is listed because we may be spinning up enough by evening tonight
that we might need a pathlength frequency change with a relatively cool
tunnel. I'm out on FMLA today mid-day but should be back by mid-morning
on Monday and ready to help with matching if there is any left to be
done by then.

Note that Dennis is on shift on swings for this duration, so Night Club
shifts (Geoff and Jay in the above list) may well be able to come in late.
Brian Freeman is also on owls, so owl shifts should have a very experienced
ORFP crew.
