[BTeam] gradient distribution

I've added another gradient distribution in column L under the 
assumption that we'll have to turn off ten old-style modules in each 
linac to free up enough helium for the others for the three week run 
given the planned summer work on a 4K heat exchanger and the UIM 
interruptions.  I have not yet heard from Cryo that this will be the 
case but the numbers discussed this morning at 0755 lean strongly in 
this direction.  They don't want to buy more helium only to have to vent 
it or attempt to sell (aka give) it back in three weeks.
