The run extension provides an opportunity to perform beam studies during 
the week days within some constraints.    The constraints are:

  * Monday May 4th, this days shift should be spent turning off Arcs
    3-A, measuring and correcting for any cross talk associated with
    these arcs.
  * After Monday beam will be terminated at 2R and Beam studies should
    not request beam beyond 2R
  * Friday May 8th, there will be no beam studies as the tunnel will be
    open up in preparation for the IPAC15 tour
  * The first week Tues/Wed/Thur  may be particularly challenging to
    fill with beam studies as IPAC15 will be going on in parallel.  If
    you are not going to IPAC15, here's your chance.
  * With coordination it may be possible to send one-pass beam to Hall-A
    during day shifts, for beam studies.   Hall-A leadership most
    approve/decline this activity.

A strawman beam studies schedule should be discussed, prioritized and 
vetted at the next B-team meeting, Tuesday.

CEBAF operations at Jefferson Lab have now been restored to a 1 GeV/pass
beam energy due to limited CHL availability following an outage. We have
agreed upon an extension of accelerator operations, at one pass only and
up to May 18, as outlined in a schedule addendum posted.

This will accommodate:
- accelerator studies during week days
- HPS operations at 1 GeV beam energy in Hall B during evenings and
weekends, if compatible with 12 GeV installation priorities. We do
foresee 10 hour shifts for 12 GeV work during week days Monday-Friday.

Beam will be turned off from May 8 (Friday morning) until May 9
(Saturday afternoon) for the scheduled IPAC tour. Beam operations will
stop on May 18 at 6 a.m.
