[BTeam] Beam Test Time Request(s)

For consideration at today's B-Team planning meeting: 

An entry (~4 hours) is needed to ready the Large Dynamic Range Diagnostic Station for a follow on beam test. 

It is hoped that time can be allocated for this work early in the May 4-May 15 day running period for both the installation and the beam test. 

The ATLis tasks are: 
Install LDRDS (Large Dynamic Range Diagnostic Station) 
and 
5D new diagnostic station beam test
