Dear All,

In Todd's absence we will have a brief BT mtg. to discuss priorities for
the upcoming week of operation with one pass beam only, which obviously limits
the options....
Let's start with Todd's 'straw man' priority list:

   - Pavel's injector instrumentation work (best to get done before
the summer so it can be moved when bubble chamber work is scheduled).
A slight complication here is that Pavel will likely be out of town
but Joe Gubeli can do a lot.

   - Dogleg focusing (Tief): A study of the effects of dogleg edge
focusing from dog1, using IHA1E01 and IHA1E03 harps. Completing
this will let us relocate IHA1E03 to IHA7E01 during the summer SAD.

   - Injector beam collinearity (Tief, Alicia?, Reza?, Yan?, Joe?).
Having procedures to systematically approach this seems important
with recent experiences about orbit locks from different beams
fighting each other, and plans to run production multi-hall ops.

   - Energy/cavity calibrations (Jay): Getting gradient calibrations
for the C-100s is optimally done in a low-energy configuration
where the relative efficiency of using the arcs 1/2 as spectrometers
are greater. We hopefully won't be at this energy/pass again any
     time soon.

   - Production app commissioning (Michele): autoquad and autosteer both
need beam time for commissioning, and have constantly been bumped
onto the back burner. It would be great if we can demonstrate quad
centering through first pass with autoquad, for instance, and just
get that out of the way.

   - Spreader/recombiner tuning procedure improvements (Yves)

Thanks.

	Alex
