[BTeam] That was easy!

This 5wk run was extremely successful with almost all the goals
achieved! Looking forward to the Jan down and beam restoration, I'd
like to use the same spreadsheet to "project planner" cycle that was
used for the Fall2015 run. The only change is that a sheet for the
pre-Jan28th beam activities (RF work, Inj work, magnet soak) has been added.

The Spring2016 spreadsheet is found at:

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Hfr356IZYIGXDBgXDV-RBCKHGcJWx2KMSpoFJAaNKeI/pubhtml

Look for the "red" preJan28 sheet for tasks that are to be executed
between Jan 18 and Jan 28th and the "gold" postJan28 sheet for tasks to
be executed during the week of restoration. Most of the tasks, not
executed in the Fall plan have been moved to this sheet.

If you wish to add or edit the spreadsheet, send me your gmail address
and I'll share the sheet with you. Or just send me an email with your
task details. Items in the "Sandbox" sheets will be used to create a
"sequence". This sequence will be converted to a "project plan" which
will be visible at:

    http://opsweb.acc.jlab.org/TJ3/12GeV_CEBAF/WSAD2016.html

    http://opsweb.acc.jlab.org/TJ3/12GeV_CEBAF/Spring2016.html

The down and restoration are relatively short, good planning will get
the most out of the limited time.
