[BTeam] Spring 2015 Run starts tomorrow

The Spring 2015 run starts tomorrow, day shift.   The SAD work and HCO 
process is complete and CEBAF is ready to support beam operations.   The 
startup plan is attached.   Please look over the next three days and 
flags those tasks with which you are or would like to be associated.  
I'll try to notify individuals a day or so in advance so that you are 
not surprised by any call-ins.


 1. Friday Day/Swing- *CIS + Inj group*
     1. Sundry items on the white board in MCC
 2. Sat Owl, early day: *Brian Freeman* Inj SLM commissioning
 3. Sat Day:  AH/RK, emittance/TWISS in the chicane
     1. Injector data will need be analyzed: *Todd?*
 4. Sat Swing:*Mahmoud, Tief?, Krafft?*  bunch length via back phasing
    into Inj. Spectrometer
 5. Sun day (early): *AH/RK* load match values, remeasure emittance/Twiss
 6. Sun Day (late): Measure Chicane M56 *Krafft*
 7. Sun Day/Swing 1E emittance/TWISS measurements *Tief*
 8. ...

I'll try to post updates once per day, nominally around this time.   I 
will be in MCC 8am'ish Sat/Sun if anyone wants to discuss the 
plan-of-the-day.   And there will be a daily re-cap meeting at 4pm in 
MCC (Friday).
