[BTeam] Morning Update

Highlights:

 1. Do not change any repetition rates without approval from the Gun group.
 2. Beam has been progressed to inline dump.
 3. Network issues prevent
     1. Shift plan viewing/editing
     2. OPS PR generation
     3. Web on-call
     4. bunch of other items.
     5. Software on call is working the problem
 4. PSS/RF issues in the North prevented beam transport beyond inline dump
     1. RF/PSS onsite working the problem

Updated plan attached, some tasks have shifted.   Broad strokes:

 1. Grames has the helm from 10am to end of day shift (3pm)
 2. Inj group on Swing for Chicane characterization
 3. Owl, into the NL.....
