[BTeam] Afternoon update: Tomorrow and beyond

Assuming JLAB is open for business tomorrow (there is a 4pm meeting on 
this topic), the plan tomorrow will be:

 1. Make a short access (6 to 7am'ish) into the NL to align the Inj.
    Sync light camera and verify if the Yao cavity electronics are
    installed.
 2. Resume beam delivery:
     1. Injector checkout: Gun Group followed by Inj group.
     2. Get beam 1R or BSY dump
     3. Optimized injector setup/bunch length
