[BTeam] Tue Mar 7 beam studies schedule

Dear BTeamers,

As promised/threatened, here is the draft beam studies plan for Tue Mar 7 as
briefly discussed at the BTeam meeting yesterday.

09:00 Hall D optics/coupling/rayTrace (Todd)
11:00 Batch mode dogleg (Tief)
13:00 2R optics anomaly investigation (Tief/Yves/Todd)
15:00 Automated dispersion tool (a17153, Dennis)

A few comments:

   - All halls can be in controlled in the entire period, except for
     Hall D which should stay closed 09:00-11:00 and can go to controlled
     after that.
   - Dennis's study is scheduled for the end of the day since he is on
     swing shift next week.
