[BTeam] Beam study schedule update

Dear BTeamers,

With the injector challenges for Hall C KPP beam yesterday, there is sufficient
motivation to investigate to push a modification of the beam studies schedule
for the day. In particular, the dogleg calculator and dispersion tool testing
have been bumped back to opportunistic if there is time at the end of the day
to work on them.

   0900 Hall D coupling (a17193, Todd)
   1100 2R optics (Todd, Tief, Yves)
   1300ish Hall C 3-beam test (all halls open, so tune beam to 1C/3C/AD
           dumplettes, CW beam to inline dump; Reza, Alicia, Joe)

   Dogleg tool and dispersion tool testing as opportune before end of day

   1530 Start restore process
   1600 Return beam to halls

This plan has been coordinated with Arne, Joe, and Carlos to provide some time
for 3-beam test planning.
