[BTeam] solenoid focusing comparison

Attached find a comparison of focusing strength vs radius among two of
my designs and the existing injector solenoids. Alicia has found that
the stray field of my design is too great to work with the existing
chopper solenoid spacing. This is due to precession in the stray field
combined with the fact that the slits are at different Z locations.

A design with smaller hole in the steel end plates would work per Alicia
but has intermediate flatness. Buying enough of these to replace all
the existing solenoids _and_ the quads in the 0L01-0L03 region would
cost about $200K. Two sets of end plates, with small and "optimized"
holes, could be purchased and swapped if chopper spacing were increased
by perhaps a meter to accommodate both 200+ kV beam and the better
solenoids.
