[BTeam] Fourier components on 2R beam through XT

Attached find an updated spreadsheet with Fourier decomposition of field
along the design 2R beam path and one displaced 5 mm down. Dipole
increases 10%, quadrupole 24%, sextupole 2% vs design orbit. 1 cm
radius circles used to evaluate the fields.
I still think we should replace the stainless beam pipes with 0.063"
carbon steel in all five BCOM2s.
I will begin models of the XH and XY magnets today.
