[BTeam] the XY magnets are horrible

I modeled the XH and XY magnets in TOSCA at 350 A, roughly the current
we were running them at this spring. The XY magnets were extended in
length from 37.80" to 38.14" using pole shims in two cases and new steel
in the third (2R). Pole gap was opened from 1.010" to 1.160". The XH
was/is 37.83" long. BdLs are within a few tenths of a percent of CED
values interpolated to 350A.

I ran 2218 MeV KE electrons through the magnets at CED entrance/exit
angles and split the sagitta on either side of the midplane. I haven't
offset beam path yet.

The XY magnets have Fourier components worse than the YR or Lambertson,
albeit without the skew terms in the latter. Models are horizontal
bends, not vertical.

I'll get back to talking to visitors now. I'll offset the orbits Sunday
or Monday.

Jay
