[BTeam] I screwed up

I decided this morning to refine the mesh in the air between the poles 
from 2.5 mm quadratic to 1 mm quadratic.  When I opened the XY models to 
alter them, I discovered to my dismay that I had not specified their 
mesh at all.  The adjacent 5mm meshes on steel and coil air would have 
constrained it but not adequately to get the higher order Fourier 
components.  The XH model had the intended mesh between the poles so 
those Fourier components are OK.

It will likely be Monday before I have results on the corrected models 
with 1 mm quadratic mesh between the poles.
