[BTeam] XH, XY multipoles

Results at 1050 MeV/linac settings with new models, 1 mm quadratic mesh 
between the poles.  XY sextupole is only about three-fourths more than 
that of the XH.  Results at 1090 MeV/linac and 900 MeV/linac won't be 
ready until about noon Monday; the finer mesh takes longer to run.   I 
include my 2016 results on the 2R beam path through the return steel of 
the XT common dipole on the summary page so all three dipoles may be 
taken into account.  I can dig up a 2013 model of the last common dipole 
in the recombiner if there's interest.

Quadrupole is down a factor of two and sextupole a factor of twenty 
versus the results from the improperly-meshed XY models sent yesterday. 
Octupole and decapole two orders of magnitude lower.

The XH and XY poles are nearly identical except for 1.01" gap in the XH 
and 1.16" gap in the XY.  If you wish to compare them, pole drawings:
