[BTeam] Startup Schedule (Draft)

Please add ATLis #19184. There will be a control room upgrade to redhat 7. The power supply cycling tool is a tool used very regularly by ops. There needs to be a functionality test conducted for the upgraded version of this tool.

Mike Aiken and I are finished with the rough-draft schedule for startup. Many dates here are really darts at a moving dart board, so please take a look and give us feed back, so we can make adjustments.  The idea is to come prepared to BTeam next Tuesday prepared to discuss, or reply to this email. All dates are open for discussion. If there are tasks that we missed please let us know so we can add them. If we are way off base, or if ordering changes are needed please let us know this too. Also, if we knew of an ATLis entry associated with the task we added the ATLis link.
