[BTeam] Startup Schedule (Draft)

All,

Got some feedback today. I have updated the list. Added a few Injector Items, and fixed dates for Injector Runs that Steve pointed out that did not jive with the SAD calendar.

Mike Aiken and I are finished with the rough-draft schedule for startup. Many dates here are really darts at a moving dart board, so please take a look and give us feed back, so we can make adjustments.  The idea is to come prepared to BTeam next Tuesday prepared to discuss, or reply to this email. All dates are open for discussion. If there are tasks that we missed please let us know so we can add them. If we are way off base, or if ordering changes are needed please let us know this too. Also, if we knew of an ATLis entry associated with the task we added the ATLis link.
