[BTeam] injector DB/DJ

Jay,
Why not simply upgrade the AT style windings a bit and overlay them where we want X/Y control?  It should be possible.  It might even be useful to install an iron flux return shell, but I'm not certain about distortions.  Is there something wrong with this?

I checked archiver for currents and made an elog

All but MDB0L06H were within [-2,2]A range at 120 MeV/c.  There's no
spare length on the 0L girders so these five pairs must remain as is.
That leaves 15 in the linacs that might be replaced and 3? for the
injector group.  Buy 20 of the new design?
