[BTeam] corrected BLM evaluation

Reviewing figure 20, I realized that yesterday I had used A>1 OR C>1  rather than A>1 AND C>1 in examining the data after the seed swap.   I have corrected the necessary figures and table.  No change in (lack of) conclusion.
