[BTeam] Arc 1 and 2 BLM activity vs laser seed change

In the attached I show the stat evaluations I've made of three six-hour periods: before the seed change, with Hall C down, and after the seed change.   Only 743 words but lots of figures.  Conclusion: none.   If anyone has any suggestions for different ways to look at the data, email me. 

Yves, if you want pngs for your document, email me the figure numbers if you can't extract them from the odt file.
