[BTeam] BLM response to Hall C laser swap

I have added a three page appendix to the previous document.  The first thirteen pages haven't changed.   I looked at arc 2 BLMs before and after the laser seed swap.  This time the "after" period was six hours in the last shift before we shut down rather than one day earlier. More time was spent at 30 uA in the later period.  I find that the correlation coefficient (R^2) of BLM signals with beam was, on 3/24, only half what it was on 3/10.  Regression calculation of BLM amplitude about three-fourths of what it was, but sigma large enough that this isn't significant.    2A29 BLM response still bogus and removed from set.    Arc 1 data is still ambiguous, not surprising with Hall A current there.
