[BTeam] draft TN on a family of cylindrical correctors

Attached please find two pdfs, cylindrical_correctors.pdf and 
cylindrical_correctorsR1.pdf. The former has cropped song sheets of the 
spreaders.  Unfortunately, LibreOffice became so non-responsive with 
these embedded that I had to delete them to finish writing.  R1 has all 
the text and spaces for smaller drawings which Chase Dubbe is preparing 
for me.  Matt Poelker is interested in buying some of the 7.5 cm long by 
3" ID units ASAP.  I include Joe Meyers for his opinion as to whether 
this document is sufficient for use as the statement of work for a 
sole-source RFQ to Milhous, the low bidder on the DS (15 degree bend) 
replacement.  The DS replacement cost $12K/set and is a bit trickier to 
wind.

I discuss in the TN why I expanded the work from Matt's original request 
to a family with six members, 7.5, 13 and 30 cm long at 1.5" and 3" ID.
