So Yves has asked me to take over for tomorrow ....

Here are a few things on the agenda (mostly remembering from last week) ....

  1.  Tief to present some slides about Injector qualification and reasoning behind EA radiation level increase (I think?) .
     *   This discussion has come up a few times since pre-startup, there are tasks/tests we wanted to do but did not have the time.
     *    Test plans we can preform to , hopefully reduce the EastArc radiation:
        *   Bunch-length / Bunch Optimization w/ Arc 1 SLM ( Need to replace camera first - Tief/ Freeman )
        *   Ion Gap Clearing Test (Grames/ Who else?):
           *    May need to replace GM tubes at the end of NL?
        *   Others?
     *   I remind you all that the EA has had higher BLM activity, and now significant activation,  since commissioning the 12 GeV machine.
        *   What about our machine do we still have to learn and how do we go about it?
  2.  Jay to present some slides on his proposal for higher Linac Current testing.
     *   Proposal to "bank" Beam Studies to test the ability to send more Linac current than the design spec for C100s. Proposal will aim to test weaknesses for high current experiments.
  3.  We also discussed the need to really analyze lock configuration, and perhaps come up with requirements for new lock software (out in the future somewhere....)
     *   How/ Who should we appoint to lead this effort?
     *   Opportunity to get some non-core BTeam CASA/ OPS engagement?

Yves, what else have you got?
