Brad,

The Beam BreakUp BBU instability is both energy and current dependent. 
The high order mode (HOM) damping in the C100s is about two orders of 
magnitude less than in the old modules.  Gaining information as soon as 
possible about HOM damping is important for 2021++ schedule, not just 
MOLLER.  Cryomodule additions will provide energy to approach design. 
They should not affect BBU threshold.  If there's one C100 module which 
is deficient, it should be reworked sooner rather than later even if 
it's capable of high momentum gain.
