[BTeam] 1S08H 30 Hz kicker

So the model expects a stronger response from s08. Its amplified by the last 3 spreader quads. We use them in the match and that will affect the strength of this kick.

  As far as the csnyder, it is calculated versus design ( the angles for it are calculated using the real machine  quad setpoints ).

I think the bump in CS is reflecting we had to adjust those quads for matching the transport to the beam and its not close to design in this matching region.
