[BTeam] 1S08H 30 Hz kicker

The measured current and voltage from each corrector is very similar and I believe measured at the trim card so we're perhaps sending an equivalent input across all four. Pete should confirm that all is well with the system. Would be a fine idea to integrate matching in 1S/1E with the requirement to have equivalent kicks from the 30 Hz kickers which are supposed to give us critical information about the overall performance of the entire transport.
