[BTeam] Meeting today

Colleagues,

 We will meet today on bluejeans. The meeting will focus on discussing the findings regarding the beam loss in the east arc and the measurements we took.

  I send some of you a link to a shared document that we can start editing to produce a tech note on this.  We can start assigning topics to each of us and write. I will collate the contributions and keep updating that note with it.
