[BTeam] M56?

We checked that it was still within specs after reloading from december but we did not reoptimize it. This was because we were restoring from allsave.

I don't think we optimized M56 when we started in January.  I think it would certainly be worthwhile to at least check it.

I don't recall but did we optimize M56 in each arc as part of the start-up? Might be related to pathlength issues.
