[BTeam] beam studies schedule until end of year

Yves, BTeam,

Several announcements:

  1.  I would like to postpone all beam studies scheduled before Thanksgiving. No studies on Tuesday, 11/21.
  2.  If the Hall A run starts this weekend and goes well, I would like to postpone all beam studies until we complete the Hall A A_LL run, which is approximately two-week-long. I suggest allocating time at the end of the Hall A run to test FFB.
  3.  I heard something about K-long studies. I do not see them in the list of approved studies. I want to postpone them as well until we finish the Hall A run.

We moved some studies up yesterday. We pulled ahead the gradient calibration and Booster studies and completed them. So, we should be done with item 2 and 3 in the list. If Hall A run starts this week and goes as planned, we expect the beam studies to resume approximately three weeks from now, in the beginning of December. However, please, stay alert. The situation is dynamic. Moving machine studies yesterday really helped us. Thank you, Studiers, for being ready and taking the presented opportunity.
