[BTeam] rfcal results

Colleagues,

I've uploaded to the Sharepoint

a folder rfcal_pngs which contains 348 pngs and one spreadsheet.  pngs 
represent data taken September 1 through Oct 5.  Adam Carpenter has now 
processed the data taken Wednesday 10/18 which finished the South Linac, 
attached.

In column P of the spreadsheet is the calibration result divided by 
GMES*length.  Where there are duplicates, these are within 2% until one 
gets to the SL C100s.  I do not have a clear path to distinguishing 
among the two or three measurements of those cavities when they disagree 
significantly.  All I can do is average unless calibration constants 
changed.  In column Q (NL) or R (SL) I give the results of my mya 
exploration of C100 calibration factors

incorporated in the final results before any changes to the machine are 
made.   I will need Rama's help on this.

The spreadsheet attached has the results for both linacs.  I averaged 
the duplicate SL C100 results.  I was surprised that the sum of SL 
calibration values including those averages is 0.991*1047 MeV while the 
sum of the PV*length is 1.016*1047.  The lem fudge factor is 1.015.

I included all the pngs because the NL sum (R2) is 1.075*1047. Sum of 
PVs is 1.023*1047 while lem fudge is now 1.006. Rama made adjustments to 
lower the fudge factor in September, not all of which I may have found 
by looking at the five GG variables.
