[BTeam] maintenance and beam studies next two Wedesdays

Colleagues,

Next Wednesday morning, 2/28, the NL will be taken to controlled access
to reconnect the YBs needed for beam delivery to Hall D.  Small
additional work, e.g. arc detectors, will also be done.  Around noon the
machine will be taken back into beam permit. YB temperatures will be
monitored. Bunch length measurements will be done for about an hour
after recovery. NL gradient calibration will resume if the work above
has been completed by 1500 and will end no later than 2100. CW beam back
to the halls no later than 2230, before swing shift turn-over.

Starting at 0700 Wednesday March 6, test plan "Calibrate ILM8E02 and
ILM1L02 andassess new potential locations for ILM8E02 and ILM4E02" will

completed in less than eight hours, NL gradient calibration may be
continued/completed.
