The worksheet "multipliers" in the spreadsheet gives
(measured_MeV)/(GSET*length) for each cavity.  These will be used to 
compute changes in GSET_probe, GMES_probe, GGBBC, ODVH and lem models on 
the day before execution.

"by_cavity" has the measured MeV at a particular time, which will change 
with ODVH or when lem is run when cavity are GSET_zero or recovered.
