"First what is the highest current Hall C dump can take at 5th pass?"
Operational Restrictions has Hall C dump limited to 900kW, which at 10.5GeV (5th pass) means 85uA limit.

The gun HVPS current limit is set to 0.2 mA. If you draw more current the HVPS will trip off. Please don't trip off the gun. The gun can provide more current than this, the EPICS limit can be increased. Do you expect needing more beam current than 200 uA?
What is the BSList for this task, I will add a comment?
thanks
Joe

An idea related to high current run this weekend:
First what is the highest current Hall C dump can take at 5th pass?
If the answer is more than 74uA, then why not direct all current to Hall C @5th pass?
Doing this will eliminate (1) extraction at 3rd pass, (2) beam line to Hall A, and (3) all RF separators (less chances for failure).
In any case, we should add B beam to the mix of A and C beams even if we don't adopt my suggestion above. That would make the high current beam test easier to perform.
Any comments?
Thanks,
Reza,

After consultation with Physics and what is the priority for them, the KLONG test was canceled and deferred until November.
We are focusing on the high current run. We will need this machine capability next run period.
1. BLM cal 8AM-10AM, HALLA has access. ATLIS 107920
2. FFB in Hall A, 25uA CW and up . 3 hours , 10AM to 1 PM
3. Raytrace 1PM -130PM ATLIS 111826
4. Injector tune for KLONG 130PM -530PM, SRF cavity emission test in //,DAQ cal testplan
increase HV on two of the RF zones in SL.
5.
BLA cal, high current push 530PM ->5am
6.
QTSnyder testing 5am->7am
