[BTeam] meeting 11/19 1400

There will be a meeting tomorrow.  Principal speaker Ken Law, topic how much of the injector commissioning plan must be jettisoned given the schedule issues.   Or to put it more politely, prioritize the items to must and should.  Like won't happen.   

Yves will be in the hypernuclear ERR.  Physics insisted on scheduling it although Ops doesn't know whether the energy spread and centroid stability criteria of 3E-5 each can be met and won't for at least six months.  

Minutes of the last meeting were posted by Yves.  I haven't looked for them so I suspect others haven't.  The draft I sent him is attached.  

I'll do my best to get the Zoom right this time.
