[BTeam] 9A QA field map

Colleagues,

Attached find my updated review of the 8A, 9A and 10A QA field maps from 
/a/opssite/csite6/op/iocs/DATA/magnets/misc
The graphs in P65:v83 on worksheets full_loops and suggested are most 
relevant.  I propose to change the first value in each of the 9A and 10A 
maps, shown in red, from those in the indicated subdirectory 
(full_loops) to those shown on the suggested worksheet.

I also propose that the edited 9A map be used in all QA locations.

Comments?  Objections?

Understanding how the original measurements were made so individual 
magnet field maps could be created is a long term effort.  Making the 
changes proposed should help next run.

P.S. On the off chance that future trim supplies will have 35V at the 
terminals, allowing 10A at the magnets, I'd update the 10A map now too. 
Mike and I will be long gone by then :-(
