I have attached a few documents in preparation for the run. 

1) Memo for de minimus change of operating configuration 
2) Operating procedure(s) for the bubble chamber 
3) Report on past test 
4) Proposed test plan (in statement of work) 

The TOSP and THA were submitted and are in the middle of the approval process still. 

Please feel free to comment on #3 and #4. 

I am now working on a future plans memo for Riad/Joe/Matt.
