Please see the below. I am not aware of any CASA members who need to
(or plan to be) on site during the winter break. We will not be
running CEBAF over the break so there will be no optics on call.

Please let Evelyn and me know if you have any needs to be on site
during the break period per the below. Thanks!

Good morning,

I’ve started an FY21 list of employees who intend to be on site during the normal Lab winter break December 23 through January 2.

In past years, the list has been shared with Payroll and Facilities at the request of the Chief Operating Officer. I have not yet been told that the list will be necessary for FY21, but am gathering names in anticipation of the requirement.

If you are aware of staff who plan or need to be on site, please forward names and expected work locations to me.
