[Casa] Jul 8 (tomorrow) accountability exercise

Hi folks,

For those of you that did not notice in today's JLab weekly (attached),
there will be a DOE accountability exercise tomorrow. This is usually
around 10 AM, but just be vigilant and watch for it, and respond
promptly when the request comes.

This is only a requirement for DOE employees, so students will probably
not have to respond -- but I would recommend that everyone who gets the
notification respond promptly anyway. Thanks!
